This highly interactive workshop is designed for business professionals, but all are welcome.

We recommend bringing a spouse, co-worker, mentor, or your team/staff to help you create and achieve your goals - both personal and professional.

Handout Materials are provided, but we encourage you to bring a notepad or laptop to take extra notes. Dress comfortably and come ready to learn!

Bob Barber has worked with hundreds of business owners and thousands of salespeople to improve their professional and personal lives. While sales management, sales coaching and leadership training are the staples of this business, his true passion lies in making the techniques stick by changing clients' outlook and perception of themselves, their companies and their marketplace. This can be accomplished with a variety of tools including sales training, executive coaching, and assessments to name a few. Bob offers group and private in-house training at the Springfield, Illinois training center, as well as virtual training for those located throughout Illinois.

Bob has a BA in Economics and Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He’s been with Sandler Training since 2000. Anyone who has worked with Bob knows that his extensive background and straightforward approach yield results that speak for themselves. Whether you have struggled with other sales and leadership training methods or are new to the idea, Bob will help formulate a program that works for you and your company.
